Questions
The short answers
- Is it a subscription?
- Not for your plant. $499 unlocks one plant for 18 months, long enough to plan, launch, and land. There's nothing to cancel. Networks have a separate, optional monthly subscription.
- What exactly is free?
- The whole structure: all 171 tasks with their dependencies, statuses, and due dates paced to your launch day. The Soul Care write-ups are fully open so you can see how the tasks read.
- Does my team need their own licenses?
- No. The license covers the plant. Invite as many team members and coaches as the work needs.
- Does it work for micro churches or house churches?
- Yes. About two thirds of the checklist applies to every model; the last part is only for plants starting with a worship gathering.
- What happens after 18 months?
- The license lapses on its own. Your progress, notes, and team stay saved, and the free parts stay open.
- Can I get a refund?
- Plant licenses are non-refundable: the full playbook unlocks the moment you pay. If something went wrong, email support and we'll put it right. The terms have the details.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
